A 48-year-old cleaner’s indecent acts towards his own 10-year-old niece has been uncovered after the man was apprehended by the police at a hotel in Johor, nearby Taman Ungku Tun Aminah.
As reported by FMT, Johor Bahru Utara district police chief Mohd Taib Ahmad explained that the man was arrested during a raid by the police after being tipped-off by their sources.
He elaborated as quoted by Sinar Harian,
“At about 9.20am, the police rushed to the scene to investigate a report made by the public. As soon as they arrived, they knocked on the door, only to be opened 5 minutes after by the man.”
He then added that the man was only wearing a towel while the child was half naked. Upon further investigation, the victim revealed that the man has been bringing her out and this is the second time their were at the hotel.

Mohd Taib told reporters,
“The victim has informed her parents that she is spending time with the man who is actually her uncle that day.”
The suspect also explained that he actually obtained permission from the victim’s parents to bring her out that day. The police will investigate further into this matter to ensure the victim is not involved in any immoral activities.
The suspect is now being remanded starting today under the Section 376A of the Penal Code for his alleged involvement in incest.
The suspect is a married man with 3 children from the age of 25 to 28 years old.
No matter how the investigation will turn out, we want to remind parents to be more vigilant of the whereabouts of their children even if they’re with close family members. These days, it is better to be safe than sorry.
