Located in Resort Taman Eko Rimba Komanwel in Rawang, Lubar offers 10 types of tents you can rent for your getaway.
Depending if you have 2 or up to 6 pax, each tent package comes with air mattresses, blankets, air pillows, cooking utensils and cutlery, kitchen table, chairs, and a table lamp.
The tents are all set up prior to you arriving, so guests just have to come on through with their own food and drinks, or ingredients to BBQ!
Toilet and showers are shared with other guests but Lubar makes sure that it’s always kept clean for everyone to use with ease.

2. Senho Outdoor

Situated just a 2-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur, Senho Outdoor that’s located in Kampar provides its visitors a MUJI, minimalistic-style camping experience.
All its camping packages include tents, air mattresses with bedsheets, a lamp, camping table and chairs, kitchen cooking utensils and cutleries, and ingredients for you to make Army stew dinner. Breakfast which is comprised of nasi lemak/fried vermicelli, served with kuih muihs is also included in the packages.
As there are no power outlets where you camp, Senho reminds its visitors to pack powerbanks, additional drinking water, blanket & pillows, and insect repellent for a stress-free outdoor experience.

OutpostCamp first started offering camping packages in Gopeng, Perak. Now, they’re also available in Genting and Mawai, Johor!
Their package offers tents that come with air mattresses, tent lights, chairs, and even dinner & breakfast ingredients you can cook to fill up your stomach with. You just need to bring your own sleeping bags, change of clothes and toiletries.

4. Little Habitat Glamz

This quaint spot located in Bentong, Pahang is a family-built business during the pandemic with an aim to promote sustainable ecotourism with the ground’s existing resources.
Only 1 hour away from Kuala Lumpur, you’ll be treated to farm-to-table welcome drinks/seasonal fruits, heated showers, optional hotpot dinner or English Breakfast for the next morning. Of course, you are also allowed to bring your own food ingredients to be cooked there, with all basic cooking tools provided!
Unlike most camp sites, Little Habitat Glamz allow pet owners to bring their little furry friends along for the escapade.
Besides lounging in the readily built-up tents, visitors can soak their bodies in the small stream and play ping pong, badminton, football, boardgames or even watch something at the movie theatre!

5. Hola Camp

If you want to really be an independent camper, Hola Camp provides only a camp site so you need to pitch your tent up yourself! If you don’t have your own tent, don’t fret! Hola Camp will recommend you a tent rental that costs approximately RM150-RM200.
The site is located at the peak of Cameron Highlands which is about 23-26 degrees during the day, and as low as 13 degrees at night – perfect for a BBQ! So you can expect fog, and chilly weather throughout your stay there.
Hola Camp has shared toilets as well as hot showers. Everything else, you gotta bring yourself for the real camping experience!
Price range: RM50-60 per night for each adult, and RM10-20 per kid.
