A police officer is the first person you rely on in emergencies, keeping the peace and protecting the public. But what happens if the person who is supposed to protect you ends up being fired but still actively performs their duties?

In a recent news report by @mynewshub, a former police officer was seen in handcuffs after being caught actively performing the duties of a policeman.

In the video footage, the individual identified as a former police officer with the rank of Corporal, was observed actively engaging in police duties despite having been dismissed from the force in 2021 due to involvement in criminal activities.

The initial investigation found that the suspect is still pretending to be a policeman and carrying out extortion schemes within the Sentul District Police Headquarters area.

Netizens began flooding the comment section to share their thoughts on the situation.

“I know him very well. He was fired previously due to a bribery case in Sungai Buloh. However, the case hasn’t been settled yet. Many of his friends advised him to stop his actions because he has a total of 8 children. He’s not good at his job, but he’s good at taking bribes from people.”

“He’s considered lucky to have a job, but he still chose to commit crimes to the point of getting fired. When he’s running low on money, he continues to ask for bribes from people. If he hadn’t been caught, he would have continued with his crimes for a long time.”

“The irony of a police officer arresting another police officer.”
