Happening for two days only, Guinness is collaborating with some of the best pitmasters in the Klang Valley to bring you a weekend-long festival where friends come together to bond and experience the transformative power that fire brings to food and to Guinness.

Without further ado, here are the chefs and pitmasters that’ll be grilling up a storm for you at the event!

1. Experience authentic Texan-styled barbecue with Pitmaster Kok Fung from the Burnin’ Pit

• The Dry Rub Smoked Brisket served with pickled mangoes, gherkins, and jalapeño. It takes them 12-14 hours to smoke the briskets wei! 
• Pair it with their homemade sauces like the signature smokey BBQ Gula Melaka sauce and Sweet Peach sauce that further enhances the flavours of the meat.
• Give the Mac & Cheese and Green Apple Slaw a try which is widely praised as delicious accompaniments to the meats.

• The Tangerine Honey Roast Duck with expertly charred Butternut Pumpkin with Sage Butter. 
• The Roasted Lamb Leg marinated to perfection with Korean Pepper served with Guinness Rosemary Lamb Sauce for a delicious twist. 
• The Asian-inspired blend of sweet and tangy flavours of the perfectly seared Shoyu Garlic Beef Flank.
