Gatorade Malaysia Closed 2025: A New Chapter in M’sia’s Pickleball Scene

Gatorade, the world’s No. 1 sports drink, is proud to power the country’s first national pickleball championship, the Gatorade Malaysia Closed 2025. Organised by the Malaysia Pickleball Association and co-hosted by the Kuala Lumpur Pickleball Association, the championship represents a milestone for the sport in Malaysia, bringing together the nation’s top-ranked players to compete for official national standings.

 

Time to get in a pickle this 5-8 December!

The tournament will be held from 5 to 8 December 2025 at PickleDepot @ Sentul Depot. Players will compete in divisions across Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Open exclusively to Malaysian players, participants will compete for official national rankings, marking a landmark event in Malaysia’s competitive pickleball scene.

With growing interest nationwide, pickleball is rapidly evolving from a recreational sport into a structured platform for community building, active living, and competitive excellence. The Gatorade Malaysia Closed 2025 is designed to support this momentum, giving athletes a national stage to showcase skill, strategy, and sportsmanship. The championship will follow a structured format, with matches played according to official pickleball rules to ensure fair and consistent competition. This landmark event not only highlights the skill and dedication of Malaysia’s top pickleball athletes but also underscores Gatorade’s commitment to fostering inclusive opportunities, promoting healthy lifestyles, and supporting the growth of emerging sports across the country.
