This young girl who is in her 20s almost got molested, but she was saved by her own screams when a man tried to assault her on the top deck of an express bus heading to Jerteh, Terengganu from Kajang, Selangor last Friday. According to Harian Metro, the girl was sitting on the top level of the double decker bus and there were only two of them sitting in different seats at that time.
The bus had just left the station at Kajang for a few minutes when the driver suddenly heard the victim’s screams at around 8.30am. As soon as he heard her cries for help, the driver immediately rushed up the stairs and saw the suspect trying to molest the girl.

Wasting no time, he quickly captured the man and held him down with help from another man who arrived shortly after. While trying to restrain the suspect, they had a scuffle before they subdued him and decided to take him to the Putrajaya police station for further action.
A video of the suspect struggling to escape has been making its rounds on social media and the bus company confirmed that the incident had happened.
