We’ve seen and established that it is important to respect the many religious beliefs in order to ensure the solidarity of the harmonious state that we all live in, and that includes not disrespecting each other’s burial grounds or cemeteries.
A good example of this is when a bridal shoppe decided to utilise a Christian cemetery as a backdrop for their Malay wedding bridal photoshoot.
She wrote a cryptic caption, “Replace it first, I’m fed up with what I had.”
Many in her comments section told her to take the picture down, though most of the time she just chose to laugh them off.
This comment goes, “It’s taboo, sister. When the Chinese see this, you’ll be punished under the law.”
This comment says, “Don’t sit on the grave, sister, later the sleeping will arise.”
Honestly, it’s still unclear what exactly her intentions are for her caption doesn’t seem to relate much back to the image she posted, unless she’s trying to replace her old poses and backdrops to something different.
But that doesn’t mean that she can sit on someone’s grave for the sake of a photo opportunity.
Lestarii’s posting has since garnered over 7,600 shares.
We genuinely hope she takes down her picture and learns her lesson.
