Based on KKM’s latest update, there are 33 new cases today (12 June), bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 8,402. From those numbers, a total of 7,168 patients have been cured and discharged, including today’s 103 patients.

Unfortunately, there is 1 death as of today, bringing the number of casualties to 119.

Out of the 33 new cases reported today, 16 cases are imported cases, 14 cases are of foreigners and the remaining 3 cases are local Malaysians.

As we transition between the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) to the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), we should still follow the standards of procedures in place to help ensure that a second outbreak does not happen.

This means who should maintain practising social distancing, wearing masks in public and avoiding crowded places.
