Based on KKM’s latest update, Malaysia recorded 93 new cases today (3 June), bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 7,970. From those numbers, a total of 6,531 patients have been cured and discharged, including today’s 61 patients.

Thankfully, today is the 12th day with no coronavirus deaths in Malaysia, leaving the number of casualties at 115.

Out of the 93 new cases reported today, 91 cases are from foreign nationals where 55 cases are from the Bukit Jalil Immigration Depot and 36 cases from the Pedas cluster in Negeri Sembilan. The two remaining cases are local.

Let’s do everything we can to cooperate with our authorities to ensure that we eradicate the Covid-19 virus from our shores, this includes avoiding crowded places, practicing social distancing and only going out for essential purposes.
