Sometimes, we wonder what on earth is wrong with some people!
Last night (20th April), videos of a group of young men causing a ruckus in front of a school surfaced on Facebook and started to quickly circulate online.
The videos show a large group of these youths loudly yelling while revving their motorbike engines right outside of a secondary school just as students were dismissed to go home.
One young man can be seen standing on his motorcycle, shouting and waving his hands in the air while others joined in on the shouting.
Some also appeared to be young school boys in their uniforms, but it is unclear whether they are part of the group.
A few of the young men in this group were also holding up banners that said “24”, “TD4” with a black swastika drawn on it. All indications of a ‘gang’.
Things became even more chaotic when one youth, who was wearing a helmet, set off firecrackers right outside the school and swung them around, causing students to run away.
Another video of the incident shows one of the young men suddenly bringing out a cake, which had the words “Apache”, “24”, and “SMK Sri Andalas” written on it!
Well, that was unexpected!
The incident allegedly took place outside of SMK Sri Andalas in Klang. A report by The Star confirmed that 18 of these youths were arrested for their alleged involvement with “Gang 24” and for causing a ruckus outside a school compound.
Inspector General of Police (IGP), Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar, Tweeted about the incident this morning (21st April), stating that 13 students and 5 people were arrested.
He also congratulated the Special Taskforce on Organised Crime (Staffoc) for making the quick arrest.
We’re glad such swift action was taken and that no one got hurt in the process!
