Former Federal Territories Minister and former UMNO Supreme Council member Tan Sri Annua Musa is now a member of PAS.
Making the decision after his recent Umrah, Annuar shared that his decision was due to UMNO’s current political stance.
Following the announcement made during Ceramah Perdana Gelombang Kebangkitan Rakyat, Annuar Musa shared: “It is now a party that takes care of DAP and has become a sweeper for the party.”
“It is now controlled by its president, it has destroyed itself and has become the number one traitor to the Malays and Muslims.”
Closing his speech, he wanted all parties to remain calm and open when talking about each other’s political struggles.
“Let’s choose the right path to seek the truth. I hope UMNO will unite the Malays and not be the cause of their disunity.”
