A few days back, JAWI caught a Singaporean actor and a Malaysian actress in the latter’s condo unit in KL for an alleged Khalwat case. JAWI claimed they waited for 3 hours before they had to call the fire brigade to break the unit’s door.
At the time of writing, the actor and actress, Aliff Aziz and Ruhainies have yet to share what happened in her condo and why they were caught. The Malaysian actress, however, has a reminder to all media friends out there.
“Don’t write something provoking”
In response to one of the media portals that covered the viral issue, Ruhainies urged the journalists to be mindful of their writing. On her IG story @ruhainies7 this morning (March 11), Ruhainies shared a screenshot of the headline that did not sit well with her.
“One step at a time – Still No Explanation, Ruhainies Needs Time to Explain The Khalwat Case Issue.”
Ruhainies reminded the journalists NOT to include any content or headlines that are provoking in nature or may lead to more speculations that will only worsen the situation.
“It was not a Khalwat case at all,” Ruhainies insisted.
The actress also highlighted that as of now, she has yet to provide any official statement regarding the viral incident, and anything that Malaysians read online is inaccurate. While both Ruhainies and Aliff did not specify when would they explain the matter, the actress asked the media to be more responsible in reporting the matter.
“Please don’t write anything provocative or that will lead to defamation until I release my own statement.”
Aliff, who is married to Malaysian actress, Bella Astillah, said that the media reports so far have been greatly exaggerated.
Bella, on the other hand, has requested some privacy from the public while she navigates this matter.
Let’s not come up with any speculations before Aliff and Ruhainies broke the silence again with the truth.
