The good news is that there are 90 people who recovered from Covid-19 and got discharged from the hospitals today, according to the Ministry of Health.
So far, a total of 1,005 people have recovered and the Malaysian medical frontliners are still doing their very best to combat the situation.
Dr Noor Hisham said that to speed up the screening to get more people tested for the coronavirus, the Ministry of Health will get the latest equipment from China that can process up to 4,000 cases in a single day. The Ministry will also examine the latest antigen test kits from South Korea. If the test accuracy exceeds 70 per cent, the Ministry will bring in the kits to Malaysia.
