While breasts are usually found only in women, we all know about the existence of “manboobs” and how they are the bane of existence for most men. This 19-year-old teenager from Zhejiang, China had suffered from having manboobs since he struck puberty at 13 years old but what made it worse was only the right breast started to bulge.

According to Chinapress, the afflicted teen known as Xiao Yang, was very embarrassed of his abnormal breast and refused to participate in the usual sports activities. He also became more withdrawn during the summer, as the thin layer of clothes worn during the heat provided him with little coverage from his problem. Poor thing!
Over the years, his parents had brought him to the doctor to eat medicine to help with his condition, but to no avail. Gradually, his right breast even developed to an A cup size. Finally, poor Xiao Yang couldn’t take it anymore and a few months ago, he went to the Wenzhou Central Hospital for a consultation.

The doctors said that his case was known as unilateral breast dysplasia. Breast dysplasia is classified as benign growth in the breast and they recommended that he had a breast removal surgery. Fortunately for Xiao Yang, he recovered quickly from his surgery and was very pleased that he could finally lead a normal life.
Doctors said that this condition is getting more common as they received about a 100 breast dysplasia cases in adolescent males in a year. They have theorized that the causes are due to unhealthy eating habits or liver dysfunction.

This is because a lot of food, especially fast food such as fried chicken contains hormones which would stimulate the production of estrogen which results in breast enlargement. Also if the liver is not functioning well, this would lead to males producing more estrogen as well. So guys, becareful when you eat chicken that are injected with hormones!
Hence, the doctors advise males to reduce the consumption of fast food and other estrogen-inducing foods.
