For many people, they enjoy keeping their cars clean and pristine without even a single scratch.
Now, this man in Taiwan had recently got his new car and like anyone else, he is being extra cautious with how he treats it so as to avoid getting any scratches or dents; so he decided to install a “wall of 8 plastic chickens” on the grill.
According to CT Want, the man had posted his nifty trick on a Taiwanese car Facebook group.
In the Facebook post, he talks about how his garage space is incredibly small and he would need to back up all the way until there are less than a few inches between the car and the wall to park his car.
“I was afraid that sometimes I would go too far back and hit the grill so I hung a row of screaming chickens at the back.”
“Every time I hear the screams, I know the car’s back is protected.”
He continues by saying that he has been using this method for more than a month and there are no scratches on the car.
One netizen asked him how he can hear the sound of the chickens as the car’s soundproofing is great, so he explained that he will roll down his window and go slowly to hear the sound.
The original poster also mentioned that he had thought of using bumpers and cushions before but they are unable to make any noise so he opted for screaming plastic chickens instead.
“1 chicken only costs 30 Taiwanese dollars (RM4.38) and the wall of 8 that provides warning sounds and cushioning only costs 240 Taiwanese dollars (RM35.04), it is quite a bargain in my opinion.”
