A 41-year-old man from Melaka Tengah, Melaka, was fined RM3,100 by the Magistrate’s Court there after he had thrown a pack of urine and a container of black oil at his neighbour’s house after he was unsatisfied over an issue of playing football.

According to a report by Kosmo, Magistrate Sharda Shienha Mohd. Suleiman sentenced the accused, Mohd. Nazri Nazaruddin, who pleaded guilty when the 2 charges were read out to him.

Based on the charges, the accused was found to have behaved insultingly by throwing a pack of liquids, believed to contain urine, towards his neighbour’s house, with the aim of provoking anger and to disturb their peace. This incident allegedly occurred at 9am on October 18 (Tuesday).
