Okay, we know the struggles of going through university and sometimes we may not completely agree with our lecturers especially when it comes to our grades. However, this masters student from Monash University Australia definitely took things to the extreme if you ask us!
According to the Newshub, a journalism masters student, Chinmay Naik submitted an assignment about the negative stereotypes of dogs and was shocked when he discovered that he was marked 12/100 for it. His assignment was graded a second time, but there was only a slight increase in his marks.

The assignment featured street interviews with dog owners walking their pets, and was criticised by the markers for not having a narrative structure, one shot of overlay, no expert interviews, and no clear beginning/middle/end. Wah, was it really that bad?
Chinmay did not accept the result and thought he deserved at least a minimum passing mark. So, he decided to take things to the Supreme Court to get his marks overturned, according to the Daily Mail.

The masters student clarified in court that the university acted unlawfully for not disclosing who the second marker was, and believes the same person marked his assignment twice.
The case was also taken to the Australian Prime Minister’s office, the Human Rights Commission and even public advocates, who all rejected Chinmay’s appeal.
