The hype is real. PS5 is finally coming to Malaysia in November!
The full edition of the PlayStation 5 costs $499.99 (approximately RM2,064) while the digital edition costs $399.99 (approximately RM1,650).
According to TechNave, the PS5 first wave will start in seven countries starting 12 November 2020 onwards. Malaysia won’t be part of the first wave, but we don’t have to wait that long as the PS5 will arrive 19 November 2020 onwards.
The difference between them is that the digital edition PS5 does not have a Blu-ray disc drive for disc-based PS5 games, 4k Blu-ray movies and some PS4 games that could be compatible, according to TheVerge.
Launching along the PS5 are the other new accessories. Here is how much each new accessory will cost:
DualSense Wireless Controller – US$69.99 (RM289)
Pulse 3D wireless headset – US$99.99 (RM413)
HD Camera – US$59.99 (RM248)
Media Remote – US$29.99 (RM124)
DualSense Charging Station – US$29.99 (RM124)
All these accessories will elevate your gameplay experience, making it even more epic!
Sony is inviting its customers to be the first to pre-order, as there will be a limited quantity of PS5 available for pre-order. At particular stores like Walmart, Amazon and Target in the United States, the pre-orders are sold out within seconds.
According to IGN, Sony announced the games available for the PS5, which includes the Final Fantasy 16, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Harry Potter Hogwarts Legacy, Resident Evil: Village, Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach, and many more!
