Ask anyone today where they keep their money and of course they will say that it’s in the bank. Because ultimately keeping cash in the bank would be safer than keeping it at home right?
However, there are videos going viral online of a man claiming his money in RHB bank went missing!
From the video, a middle aged man can be seen yelling at a younger man whom he claimed to be the branch manager. And occasionally, he will yell at the security guards too when they try to intervene.
Though it may seem as though the elder man was being rather excessive and aggressive when talking to them, netizens understood hisit is understandable for him to behave this way.
I mean who the eff wouldn’t be pissed right?
From the conversation recorded in the video, the elder man said something about a cheque which had been altered, and yet the bank still released the money anyways.
The man questioned the bank staff,
“How does your employees work? They are absolutely irresponsible. The money is from our sweat, you know? Your employees mistake and yet you don’t want to compensate.
“You say must wait for audit, must wait for tomorrow, must wait for the day after… I don’t want to come in anymore.
“You are irresponsible. You have no heart.”
A young looking security guard then stepped in to try and diffuse the commotion. He told the man to speak to the manager in private and not show off to the whole bank about this problem.
But the uncle wanted to let everyone know how untrustworthy RHB was in handling his case.
He demanded that action be taken immediately by his next visit.
“On Monday we will come again, we want to see action taken. If none were taken then I will sit here and we will make more (viral) videos for everyone to see.
“You, as a manager, are irresponsible. Customer’s money suddenly goes missing.”
Watch the whole incident here:
There are no other information as of now about what went down between the two parties. We just hope everything settled asap, and that the poor uncle get his money back.
Seriously though, someone needs to solve this mystery. We can’t have another case of a missing RM2.6 billion.
