A man from China is becoming the envy of all Singaporeans and Malaysians as he is currently being dubbed the most handsome Haidilao staff member in Singapore.
But his good looks aren’t the only thing that’s making people jealous.
Content creator, Xavier阿泽｜陈自豪, took to his Instagram account to share how the handsome Haidilao trainee store manager is earning a whopping SG$10,000 (RM33,117) a month.
After approaching the trainee store manager, Ronghui, and finding out that he earns SG$10,000 a month, Xavier asked to spend some time with Ronghui to check out his daily routine at his job.
That’s when Xavier discovered that Ronghui is from Fujian, China, and has been in Singapore for 20 years. He has been working at Haidilao for the past 6 years and is now a trainee store manager.
When asked if he was the head of the team at the branch he works at, he responded, “Not really, there is also a store manager above me. My daily job is to take care of each employee, to take care of every guest.”
His salary isn’t common
Xavier later clarified in the comment section that not every Haidilao trainee store manager earns SG$10,000 as Ronghui’s salary is due to special circumstances.
“Haidilao’s employee salary structure varies depending on the store location, position and working hours. The company advocates ‘changing destiny with your own hands‘ and encourages employees to create a better future through hard work,” he wrote.
