Last Saturday night, news of Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán escaping a maximum security prison got everyone bewildered.
I mean, dude, MAXIMUM SECURITY PRISON!
If you thought that was impressive, you’ll be surprised to know that this is actually the second time “El Chapo” escaped from a maximum-security jail. Previously in 2001, he fled Puente Grande while hiding in a laundry cart!
In his cell, there was a video camera that ran 24/7 and the footage was later released by Mexican authorities, along with the tunnel route he used for his escape to freedom.

The video shows a 4,921-foot tunnel which he escaped from and at the end of the tunnel there was a ladder which led up to a house which was under-construction in Santa Juanita.
The Mexican drug lord was arrested in Mexico in February last year. What we’d like to know is, how long did that tunnel took to make??
Oh well. I guess you can call it an underground work.
