Time to start a healthy lifestyle!
Are you looking for a meal that is under 500 calories? Or do you enjoy customising your own food?
Let us introduce you to Agrain. It is a restaurant chain that serves you healthy, tasty and affordable food. Agrain also provides online food delivery, pick-up service, catering service as well as grocery shopping service.
Founded by Jason Ooi, Agrain started with its one and only mission, to provide high-quality meals that are delicious and interesting.
“Eating well should be simple,” says Jason Ooi as that’s his aim for the service. Agrain only uses fresh chilled ingredients and its vegetables are sourced from Cameron Highlands. Its sauces are made from scratch and there is a seasonal menu.
It is always Agrain’s mission to help the community towards a better, healthier lifestyle. Recently, they launched the Macro Calculator, a new way for its customers to keep track of the calories, protein, carbs and fats of each of the item on the menu when they order.
The Macro Calculator is rather easy to use. It also allows customers to learn their dietary value, at the same time building their favourite healthy bowl. In short, you can calculate the desired amount of calories while customising your meal.
Its new menu created using the Macro Calculator includes dishes like Green Curry Chicken and Mango Tango salad are less than 500 calories. The Pesto Pasta Chicken is also just around 507 calories.
Agrain is the perfect choice for those who are looking for a nutritionally balanced meal but also with bold flavours as well as within the range of 400 to 500 calories. The preset bowls on their menu are all less than RM20.
Working on integrating online and offline dining experience, Agrain wants to make eating well easier, simple and more affordable for everyone.
So far, Agrain has five outlets in Klang Valley. You can dine in Agrain at Sogo KL, The Gardens Mall, Intermark Mall, Menara Hap Seng and Bangsar South.
Besides, you can also get your meal delivered to your doorstep or collect it at Agrain’s pick-up location, and if your orders are more than 30 minutes late, you can actually claim for a free item. With the exception of bad weather of course.
Currently, Agrain is also collaborating with fitness coaches @linoralow, @alex_cyk and @kit_mah to curate meal plans for a specific group to assist them in achieving their fitness goal. If you have a particular fitness target in mind, do not hesitate to contact Agrain on its website, Instagram and Facebook page as well.
